Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions: Award Entries

  • Entry to the e-Assessment Awards is free of charge.
  • Entries must be submitted in the required format before the closing date of 31st December 2016.
  • Once you have completed the initial entry form and selected which categories you wish to enter, you will be registered and will receive an email confirming your contact details and the category or categories you wish to enter. This email will also contain a unique ID number that will be used in future e-Assessment Awards 2017 correspondence relating to your entry/entries. You will also receive an application form which you may copy for further entries.
  • (If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact Karen Pernyes at support@e-assessment.com)
  • You may enter as many categories as you wish, and may do this by completing just one online entry form. However, on receipt of your unique ID number and application form, you must then submit a separate submission for each category, each as a separate email, clearly marked with your ID number and the Award Category.
  • The organisers cannot take responsibility for any entries or correspondence that does not include the unique ID number given, or where the wrong award category is entered.
  • The awards are open to anyone. Entries made in a language other than English will be accepted, but the judging panel may be dependent on a free translation service such as Google Translate and as such we cannot take any responsibility for any errors in translation by a third party.
  • A distinguished panel of independent experts will meet to create a shortlist in each category. Shortlisted applicants will then be invited to present their application in more detail via video conference with the panel for that award.
  • The judges decision will be final.
  • The Awards are organised by the e-Assessment Association and we will only use any personal information collected via the website for the purposes of administering the Awards programme. No personal data collected via the website will be passed to any third party or be used for any other purpose.
